Bahanov Courier Network Ltd, trading as BCN Logistics, is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect

Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company and location, your message, and which kind of enquiry you are making (driver, business or general), so it reaches the right place. The driver application additionally collects your postcode, whether you have a van, your right-to-work declaration, your DVLA licence check code, your Hire & Reward insurance certificate and, if you choose to provide it, your CV.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry or assess your application. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Submissions are delivered to a BCN mailbox. Enquiries and unsuccessful applications are deleted once they are no longer needed. If you would like your data removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
